The new WBC seat

The new World Business Class seat is designed by Dutch designer Hella Jongerius and transforms into a fully flat bed (180 degrees) with a length of 207cm. Pitch is 160cm. In the seatback of the seat in front is a 17-inch screen for Inflight Entertainment with Audio and Video On Demand. Further features include a powerport, readinglight and fixed privacy divider.

On the ground, WBC passengers can make use of priority services (such as check/in, security and boarding) and lounges. Onboard, besides the full flat seat, they will receive a menu designed in collaboration with topchefs and suited to the flight's length and destination. Passengers will also receive an amenity kit by Dutch design duo Viktor&Rolf and, upon arrival, the signature Delft Blue Houses ('Huisjes'), filled with Dutch gin.

Upon arrival in Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, WBC passengers can make use of the Crown Lounge as Arrivals Facility for a shower of breakfast to maximize sleep onboard.
