Airbus A330-300

The KLM A330 fleet consists of two subtypes, namely the A330-200 and A330-300. The former has mostly the angled ‘slippery slope’ seats. Some of the A330-200’s and the A330-300’s have a newer style seat much like the one found on the B77W of KLM and akin to the Air France Business Class. This is a fixed shell seat which does not go completely flat.


Modification of the A330 fleet is only planned after the B772 fleet has been completed, so it can take some time. 


A330-300's can have to types of seats. Either the B/E Aerospace variant: 


or the Air France look-alike, also found in the B77W, but then in 2-2-2 lay-out:

Seat type: angled flat, fixed shell seat.
Length, width and recline: 190cm, 51cm, 172 degrees. ‘Slides’ downwards into the shell in front, does not recline backwards into the space of the person behind you.
Pitch: 152cm.
Features: Larger videoscreen in the shell of the seat in front with AVOD, powerport , adjustable personal readinglight.
Lay-out: A333: 2-2-2.
